WhimsyWoven — Refund & Return Policy (Formal Version)

1. Overview

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through WhimsyWoven. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Final Sale Policy

All items sold by WhimsyWoven are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

This applies to all product categories, including but not limited to:

  • Cards and stationery

  • Stickers and accessories

  • Apparel and lifestyle items

  • Bundles, sets, and gift products

  • Seasonal or limited‑edition items

  • Sale or promotional items

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Duplicate orders placed by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items lost after confirmed delivery


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim, customers must contact WhimsyWoven within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

WhimsyWoven will review the claim and, if approved, provide one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

WhimsyWoven reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the evidence provided.


4. Refunds (When Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, WhimsyWoven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the delivery address

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

WhimsyWoven may provide guidance but cannot replace or refund orders lost after delivery confirmation.
