WhimsyWoven — Shipping Policy (Selected Countries Only)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or high‑volume periods. If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Availability

WhimsyWoven ships to selected countries only. Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout based on the customer’s location.

If shipping is not available to a specific country, checkout will prevent order completion.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. All shipping fees are non‑refundable.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs processing.

Estimated delivery time for all eligible destinations: up to 15 business days. This estimate does not include order processing time.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or local postal conditions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent. Tracking information will be provided when available for your destination.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all customs‑related charges.

WhimsyWoven is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

WhimsyWoven is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, WhimsyWoven is no longer responsible for the shipment.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

WhimsyWoven cannot replace or refund orders lost after delivery confirmation.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
